Описание к видео Regular Table Tennis Exercise / eBaTT - P1 Oct '17 (Footwork, forehands and backhands)

Table Tennis Regular Footwork Exercise including three Forehands and one Backhand.

*Regardless of your level, you will require good equipment to execute skilled strokes and shots, I suggest these bats:
Beginner - New to the game: https://amzn.to/2TG1kc4
Intermediate - minimum of 6 months of play: https://amzn.to/2BsmGm2
Advanced - Local club level, 1 year plus of play: https://amzn.to/2DvUmiO

The exercise: 1x forehand wide on the forehand topspin side, followed up by a forehand topspin from the middle of the table, moving back to the forehand wide and this is then followed up by a potentially aggressive backhand from the forehand side.

Notes: The first three forehands usually can be done with good technique and ease but the backhand is often played out of position and out of balanced.

The aim:
To develop a smooth transition from the wide forehand through to the backhand side.
