Former presidential Candidate Dr. Kizza Besigye has reported to the High court registry in Kampala, to honour the conditions of his bail granted him in July as he faces treason charges. Besigye, who was in the company of his lawyer Earnest Kalibbala, appeared before deputy registrar Mary Khainza who extended his bail for another two weeks till 17th October. After reporting, Besigye briefly spoke to journalists, wondering why he continues to report to a court where his treason case has not even been committed.
