In this video Dog Behaviorist David Codr shows you how to teach a puppy to sit, lay down, sit up and stand using positive reinforcement.

When practicing this exercise, limit your training period to one to two minutes maximum.

Your goal should be to practice this exercise 4 or more times a day (the more often you practice, the faster your progress will be) for one week.
