Ingredients:
For Kadhi:
Besan - 1/2 cup
Curd - 3/4 cup
Panchphoron Masala - 1½ tbsp ( Cumin, Brown Mustard, Fenugreek, Nigella and Fennel Seeds )
Kasthuri methi - ⅙ tsp
Coriander seeds - ⅙ tsp
Hing - 2 Pinch
Garlic - 5
Green chilli - 5
Ginger - 1 Inch
Onion - 1
Turmeric powder -1/2 tbsp
Garam masala - ¼ tbsp ( optional )
Salt to taste
Cooking oil - 3 tbsp
Coriander leaves -1/4 cup

For tadka:
Ghee - 2 tbsp
Dry red chilli - 2
Kasthuri methi - ⅙ tsp
Cumin seeds -1/2 tsp
Kashmiri red chilli powder -1/4 tsp

For pakoda :
Besan -200 gm
Green chilli , Ginger, Garlick Paste - 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder -1/6 tsp
Kashmiri red chilli powder -1/6 tsp
Coriander powder -1/4 tsp
Garam masala -1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
Water
Cooking oil to fry
