ಸೂಚನೆಗಳು: ಧ್ಯಾನ ಮಾಡುವಾಗ ಕಣ್ಣು ಮುಚ್ಚಿರಲಿ (ಕನ್ನಡಕವಿದ್ದರೆ ತೆಗೆದಿಡಿ). ಕುರ್ಚಿ ಅಥವಾ ನೆಲದ ಮೇಲೆ ಕುಳಿತುಕೊಂಡು ಅಥವಾ ಬೆನ್ನು ನೋವಿದ್ದವರು ಶವಾಸನದ ಭಂಗಿಯಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಕೂಡ ಮಾಡಬಹುದು. ಎರಡು ಹಸ್ತಗಳು ಮೇಲ್ಮುಖವಾಗಿ ತೊಡೆ ಅಥವಾ ನೆಲದ ಮೇಲಿರಲಿ. ಮೊಬೈಲ್ ಫೋನ್ ಅನ್ನು ಮೌನವಾಗಿಡಿ. ಯೌಟ್ಯೂಬ್ ಚಾನೆಲ್ - QPAV ಮೂಲಕ ಧ್ಯಾನದ ವಿಡಿಯೋ ಪ್ಲೇ ಮಾಡಿರಿ. ಹೇಳುವ ಸೂಚನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಕೇಳುತ್ತಾ ಹೋಗಿ. ಧ್ಯಾನದ ಭಂಗಿಗಿಂತಲು ಭಕ್ತಿ ಶ್ರದ್ಧೆ ಭಾವಕ್ಕೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಪ್ರಾಧ್ಯಾನ್ಯತೆ ನೀಡಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಭಗವಂತನಲ್ಲಿ ನಂಬಿಕೆ ಅಗತ್ಯ.
Instructions: Keep your eyes closed while meditating (remove glasses if present). Either you Sit on a chair or floor or if u r having back pain, can also be done in Shavasana posture. Keep both hands facing upwards on the thighs or on the floor. Keep the mobile phone in silent mode. Play a meditation video using YouTube channel QPAV. And start listen to the instructions. A devotional attitude is given more priority than a meditative posture. Only those who have faith in God should do it.
