4. Appeal to State commission within 45 days
STATE COMMISSION
1. Consist of a president and two other members
2. Retired /working judge of High
3. Complaints for goods or services worth Rs more than one crore but not more than 10 crore
4. Appeal to National commission within 30 days + depositing 50% of fine money
NATIONAL COMMISSION
1. Consist of a president and FOUR other members
2. Appointed by central government.
3. Complaints for goods or services worth Rs more 10 crores
4. Appeal to Supreme court within 30 days + depositing 50% of fine money
