June’s guidance for the meditation:

When doing the Ascension Activation meditation, repeat after me whenever possible, especially when I say affirm etc, 'I AM That I am' and oum

Begin by placing your feet firmly on the floor, uncrossed.

Hands up and open in the receive position, uncrossed.

Have a cord of light, holding your head up and balanced.

Begin by breathing in and out through the tip of the nose taking long, slow, deep breaths

Remember it takes 21 days to cement something new into the subconscious mind.

Drink plenty of water.
