We went to the Kasbah Souss Agadir to learn more about the traditional pottery of the Moroccan Tagine. Tagine is an internationally famous, traditional dish from Morocco and we learned how to make it by hand. There are many different shapes and designs for the tagine pottery for different cities in Morocco. The pottery is made from clay that comes from the valley and mountain and is much healthier and safe to use for cooking than some of the modern day pots and pans. We were so lucky to learn more about this natural, artistic tradition. Join us in our journey to discover the Moroccan Tagine!
