I want to quit my PhD ! (a little help to reflect on Doctoral frustrations)

I have been thinking of making this video for a number of weeks. However, it's not easy to reflect on situations of hardship where all you wish to do is quit. So I turned to Twitter for advice from PhD students (yes advice on whether I should give advice) and quite a number of you helped out with a surprising almost 73% saying I should do it!
