This dessert is coffee panna cotta
An Italian dessert with a great taste
It is very easy to make and you can easily make it at home

ingredients :
Cream 1/2 cup
Milk 1.5 cups
2 tablespoons of instant coffee
Brown sugar 1/2 cup
3 or 4 teaspoons of gelatin powder
vanilla 1/2 teaspoon (optional)

Put the milk, cream, brown sugar and instant coffee on the heat until they mix well and dissolve
Mix the gelatin powder with some cold water and put it on the heat of steam until it dissolves well
Add gelatin to the previous mixture
We pour it in a steel glass and put it in the refrigerator for 6 to 8 hours
Finally, pour a shot of espresso on the panna cotta.
