A video on how to do the Taekwondo, especial Poomsae style (form) side kick.

Being an adult beginner in martial art is not easy and I will share how I overcame these obstacles and significantly improved my side kick in short time! My tips are for adults who are somewhat inflexible and felt stuck on being able to further improve your side kick.
My key mistakes:
1) Did not pivot my base foot all the way back
2) Did not chamber my kicking leg past center line of body
3) Did not look at target
4) Did not kick with blade of the foot
5) Did not fully extend/commit my kick


Once I fixed all these (so as you), you will see dramatic difference with your side kick. You can see my progression in this video
