This channel is always dedicated to share my experience as a adult newcomer in Taekwondo.And in this video I want to share an important kick while some considered as "old school" Taekwondo, the double or multiple roundhouse kick. It is a difficult kick for adult newcomers to be proficient because it is physically demanding in both the foot work and speed.
