Little League Elbow (also known as Medial Epicondylitis) is a very common injury that affects many baseball players - mainly pitchers. Little League Elbow is caused by repetitive throwing motions, such as over hand throwing, and occurs when there is painful inflammation at the bony bump on the inside of the elbow.
