It seems like every time i need rice for a recipe i am trying to put together a meal in a hurry. Rice takes such a long time to cook, i usually leave it out or have to delay a meal by 30-45 minutes. With freeze dried rice, you can do rice in 3 minutes in the microwave. I cooked the rice in an instant pot and then froze it. It could also be cooked in a pressure cooker, crock pot, or on the stove. It would also be handy for prepping, camping, emergency food supply, and of course quick meal prep. This works for 3 minute white rice, 3 minute brown rice and 3 minute wild rice. YOU NEVER KNEW RICE COULD COOK THIS FAST!
