Freeze Dried Potatoes // Mashed Potatoes, Potato Salad, Raw, Scalloped Potatoes

At the end of every gardening season, I am left with more potatoes then I know what to do with. Have no fear! Freeze Dried Potatoes are a WINNER🏆 Freeze Dried Potatoes not only freeze dry raw, but you can do freeze dried potato salad (don't use Mayo in it!), freeze dried mashed potatoes and gravy and freeze dried scalloped potatoes (I also threw in my own recipe). I went 4 for 4 on this video, which doesn't always happen. Potatoes are a great food to put into food storage for preppers, homesteaders and gardeners!
