In my NES and SNES days, I was so busy playing the Zelda and Mario titles that I never got to touch any of the Metroid games for more than 5 minutes! Finally after receiving an insane amount of requests for a Super Metroid Medley, I sat myself down and seriously played both Metroid and Super Metroid and I was stunned at not only the amazing gameplay, but also the incredible music. I started this medley right away after deciding that though the original Metroid had the most classic tracks, I would have a lot more fun arranging the music from Super Metroid. I decided that now would be a good time to really buff out my Rhythm guitar tone and I'm quite happy with how it's sounding! This is a lot of fun to do, especially the songs with the awesome time signatures. I hope you like it and download the mp3 which has an added intro that's not heard in the video! :D
