Welcome to another strength focused Explore movement practice! In today's class, we're targeting the core and upper legs through lunge and hinge motions. This practice focuses on both strength and stability, and only uses the hands in binds, challenging you to never place them down!

All of the videos in this LIFE sequence were made from the request of a community member. If you ever have requests for content, please leave a comment, and we're happy to incorporate your request in our content pipeline!

As a note, our advanced level practices are not only advanced for the level of strength necessary (in this case, upper leg and core), but contain far less anatomical cueing, more space for free movement and play, and more space for mindfulness and philosophy.
