Welcome to Wellbeing Café Movement, where we create flowing, diverse movement practices, so every day movements can be done with greater ease & mind-body awareness, for long-term strength, flexibility, & mobility!
Our content centers around holistic, low-impact, functional movement practices based upon modern understandings of human anatomy, & is movement agnostic, meaning we incorporate postures & transitions from many different movement styles, including Yoga Asana, Calisthenics, Qi Gong, & Pilates, among others.
We want our content to be accessible, diverse, & fun, so all of our videos utilize body weight, & move through holistic, fluid sequences (think warm-up, strengthen, cool down, meditation), for healthy movement of both the mind & body.
