Fire Department of New York Ladder 4 and Battalion 9 from Midtown responding but can't get through heavy traffic in Times Square, New York City. As per usual NY don't budge. At 0:32 you can hear a bystander yell "get out of the f**ing way" at a motorist who has space to yield but doesn't. Not much help from the NYPD either.
