Almost 2 million people are eligible to vote in this month’s Toronto mayoral byelection and, with 102 candidates to choose from, the electorate has some homework to do. Could the choice they make finally put a dent in Toronto’s housing crisis? We take a look at what the top candidates have offered so far on this issue.
