TalkNWRC Podcast - Episode 4: From Here To Career

In Episode 4 of our College Podcast, host Erin Hutcheon chatted to one of our class of 2024, Jordan McElwee, who recently graduated from NWRC with a Higher Level Apprenticeship in Software Development. Jordan shared his experiences of completing the course and how beneficial it has been for his career. Joining Jordan on-set was his employment mentor Daithi McGonigal from Fujistu who provided an overview of the advantages the HLA programme offers employers.

The episode also featured NWRC HLA Skills Development Officer Orlaith McEleney who discussed her role in the College, the course opportunities on offer, and a preview of the activities which will take place on campus during NI Apprenticeship Week 2025 (3-7 February).
