E46 M3 Diff Rebuild + RacingDiffs upgrade HOW-TO (Freeplay fix + clutch pack)

After experiencing play in my passenger side output flange from my differential (loud clunking under load and mild vibrations while driving), we decided to try out #RacingDiffs free play and clutch pack upgrade.
