INGREDIENTS
-water for boiling added with about 2Tbsp salt (sorry for the typo error in the video 😁😁)
-1Kilo mussels
-2pcs chopped onions
-8cloves chopped garlic
-600g pork belly sliced into strips
-2-3Tbsp shrimp paste depending on the saltiness
-ground black pepper
-about 1 and 1/2Cup of the broth used to boil the mussels
-about 1/2Cup water (add more water as needed)
-1 and 1/4Cup pure coconut milk
-green chili peppers
-sliced green chili peppers
