INGREDIENTS
-2pcs chopped onions
-6cloves chopped garlic
-1.1Kilo pork shoulder (pork kasim)
-ground black pepper
-2-3Tbsp shrimp paste (depending on saltiness of the shrimp paste)
-2.5-3cups 2nd extract coconut milk.
2nd extract coconut milk is.. like the name suggests, is the extract you get when you add a bit of water to shredded coconut to extract it for the 2nd time.. so it's not as pure as the first extract..
-1Cup pure coconut milk
-red and green chili peppers
