How I doubled my productivity as a clinic owner

Productivity as a business owner is one of the most overused phrases whilst simultaneously being the biggest weakness of most of us (if we’re being deadly honest…)

And I include myself in here at times too, I’m not perfect by any means.

But today I would like to share with you a strategy that has worked for me and many other healthcare clinic owners…

And the premise?

To go back to basics, to go back to being a clinician…

Because I’m willing to bet that when you were a clinician, you had no issues with being productive.

Just sit a client in front of you and away you go (I’m sure you could do it with your eyes closed!)

And then you became a business owner, working on the business…

What happened? Productivity dropped. You felt like you were busy, but running on the spot & always fighting spot fires…
