She received her B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from Lafayette College in Pennsylvania and her M.Sc. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. After graduating, Kate honed her analytical skills as a modeling & simulation engineer for several years. She then transitioned into project management, where she has a proven track record of coordinating project interdependencies, streamlining processes, and reducing processing time for her team.

In her current role at Trane Technologies, Kate combines her engineering expertise and project management skills to spearhead innovative digital solutions that enhance operational efficiency and improve customer satisfaction.
