It’s super easy to make.

Let’s be honest when it comes to appetizers and lemon pepper wings no one comes close to wingstop. The Cajun corn & fries are craaaazy.

This Cajun corn doesn’t take much to make though it’s really simple.

Using a sharp… please use a sharp knife cut your corn in to small pieces. Dont use a full knife or you’ll be struggling and you don’t want to make a mistake a chop your finger off making corn. No one is going to give you brownie points for that.

After you chop the corn spray it with some olive oil and we going to air fry it for about 10-12 minutes on 400. Make sure you check every five minutes or so or you’ll end up with some corn crisp instead of this Cajun corn. You can see mine got a little “well done” but they still hit!

Take you a stick of butter and mix in your seasonings. I used Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, nutmeg, salt & black pepper. You honestly could just put some slap ya momma on and be done. I should try that next time…..

Once the corn is done be better than me and shake it up with something that has a lid so you get complete coverage over all the corn.

Serve it up with some ranch and you good to go!
