Presoak the yarn in plain tap water for 20-30 min at room temperature (no acid!)

1% stock solutions of Jacquard Acid dye in Hot Fuschia, True Turquoise, and Bright Yellow

16 cups of water + 6 T white vinegar
[6:39] measuing the dyes
estimate about 60 mL of each color
~9 g of dye / 100 g of yarn

Since the dyebath didn't clear, steam the yarn in a steamer basket for ~10 minutes
