It's a must-visit spot for any nature lover and the perfect place to take in the fresh mountain air. Next, we visited Punakha Dzong, a magnificent fortress that holds great significance in Bhutanese history and culture. The intricate architecture and peaceful surroundings make it a must-see for anyone visiting Punakha. And of course, we couldn't miss out on the iconic Punakha Suspension Bridge. Walking across this 160-meter long bridge, suspended over the Mo Chhu river, was definitely an exhilarating experience. Aside from these popular tourist spots, Punakha has so much more to offer.
