RECEPT:
400 ml mleka
25 g svežeg kvasca
1 kašičica šećera (za kvasac)
2 ravne kašičice soli
6 g praška za pecivo (1 kašičica)
1 jaje
70 ml ulja
720 g mekog brašna
Od navedenih sastojaka umesiti testo i odmah ga podeliti na 4 loptice -3 loptice težine 200 g,a četvrta je ostatak testa.Ostaviti ih da narastu (oko 15 minuta).
Loptice težine 200 g razvući u pravougaonik dimenzija 21 x 30 cm.
Četvrtu lopticu razvući u pravougaonik dužine 84 cm.
Za premazivanje testa potrebno je 70 g otopljenog putera.
Pogaču ostaviti da lepo naraste i pre pečenja je premazati žumancetom,pomešanim sa jednom
kašikom mleka.
Peći na 200 °C oko 30-35 minuta.
Kalup je prečnika 28 cm.
Lopticu od aluminijumske folije premazati puterom,da se ne bi zalepila za testo i izvaditi je nakon 10 minuta pečenja pogače.


RECIPE:

2 level teaspoons of salt
6 g baking powder (1 teaspoon)
1 egg
70 ml of oil
720 g of soft flour
Knead the dough from the above ingredients and immediately divide it into 4 balls - 3 balls weighing 200 g, and the fourth is the rest of the dough. Leave them to rise (about 15 minutes).
Roll the balls weighing 200 g into a rectangle measuring 21 x 30 cm.
Roll out the fourth ball into a rectangle 84 cm long.
To coat the dough, you need 70 g of melted butter.
Leave the scone to rise nicely and before baking, coat it with egg yolk, mixed with one
a spoonful of milk.
Bake at 200 °C for about 30-35 minutes.
The mold is 28 cm in diameter.
Coat the ball of aluminum foil with butter, so that it does not stick to the dough, and take it out after 10 minutes of baking the cake.
