Tasting adventure at our event will include Dolma!
Dolma is the name for grape leaves stuffed with ground beef. The green leaves, besides being loaded with health benefits of vitamins and source of calcium and iron, also give a delicious sour taste to this dish. It is customary to make each one miniature and neat, to match a pinky. A ravenous project on its own. Whether you make it tiny, small or medium, it tastes absolutely delicious in either size!
