Bahan-bahan:

A:
1/2 cwn / 125ml air suam
1 sb yis segera
2 sb susu pekat/ gula

B:
2 cwn /250g tepung gandum
2 sb susu tepung (everyday/fernleaf/apa2 jenama)
2 sb mentega/marjerin dicairkan/Minyak masak
1/2 sk garam

C: Salutan
1/2 cwn susu tepung
1/2 cwn gula aising

* boleh juga uli guna mesin/bread maker
* boleh juga bulat2kan & buat lubang guna jari

Dapat 16 biji donut

1 tbsp instant yeast
2 tbsp condensed milk/ sugar

B:
2 cup /250g all purpose flour
2 tbsp milk powder
2 tbsp melted butter/ margarine/cooking oil
1/2 tsp salt

C: Coating
1/2 cup icing sugar
1/2 cup milk powder

Yield: 16 donuts
