Resep Tumis Jamur Kemangi Pedas (untuk 3 porsi)
Bahan:
400 gr jamur tiram
1 sdt garam
Bahan lainnya:
½ sdt kaldu jamur
1 sdt ketumbar bubuk
½ sdt kunyit bubuk
3 sdm tepung terigu protein sedang
Bahan bumbu halus:
5 siung bawang merah
3 siung bawang putih
3 buah cabai merah, rebus
1 sdm air
2 sdm minyak
Bahan lainnya:
1 batang daun bawang
3 lembar daun jeruk
5 buah cabai rawit merah
12 gr kemangi
75 ml air
½ sdt kaldu ayam bubuk
2 sdt gula pasir
1/8 sdt merica
Pelengkap:
nasi putih
Cara membuat:
1. Suwir jamur kemudian bumbui dengan garam, aduk rata. Diamkan beberapa saat kemudian peras
2. Pindahkan ke dalam mangkuk lalu tambahkan kaldu jamur, kunyit bubuk, ketumbar bubuk dan tepung terigu, aduk rata
3. Panaskan minyak lalu goreng jamur hingga kuning keemasan, tiriskan
4. Masukkan bawang putih, bawang merah, cabai merah, minyak dan air ke dalam blender, haluskan
5. Iris cabai rawit merah dan daun bawang
6. Tumis bumbu halus hingga wangi dan mengeluarkan minyak kemudian masukkan daun jeruk dan cabai rawit, tumis hingga wangi
7. Masukkan air, kaldu ayam bubuk, gula pasir dan merica, aduk rata
8. Masukkan daun bawang dan jamur, tumis sesaat kemudian masukkan kemangi, aduk rata
9. Tumis jamur kemangi pedas siap disajikan

Spicy Mushroom Stir-Fry with Lemon Basil Recipe (yield 3 servings)
Ingredients:
400 g oyster mushroom
1 tsp salt
Other ingredients:
½ tsp mushroom bouillon
1 tsp coriander powder
½ tsp turmeric powder
3 tbsp all-purpose flour
Spices:
5 pc shallot
3 clove garlic
3 pc red chili, boiled
1 tbsp water
2 tbsp oil
Other ingredients:
1 pc green onion
3 pc lime leaf
5 pc red Thai chili
12 g lemon basil
75 ml water
½ tsp chicken bouillon
2 tsp sugar
1/8 tsp pepper
Add-on:
Rice
Steps:
1. Shred the mushrooms, then season with salt. Mix well. Leave it for a few moments, then squeeze.
2. Transfer to a bowl, then add mushroom bouillon, turmeric powder, coriander powder, and flour. Mix well.
3. Heat the oil, then fry the mushrooms until golden brown. Set aside.
4. Blend the garlic, shallots, red chili, oil, and water in a blender until smooth.
5. Slice red Thai chili and green onions.
6. Sauté the spice paste until fragrant and oily, then add the lime leaves and red Thai chili. Stir-fry until fragrant.
7. Add water, chicken bouillon, sugar, and pepper. Stir well.
8. Add the green onions and mushrooms. Stir fry for a moment, then add lemon basil. Stir well.
9. Spicy Mushroom Stir-Fry with Lemon Basil is ready to serve.
