This 25 minute workout uses toning balls to work the whole body with extra challenge to the arms and shoulders. If you don't have toning balls, you can use hand weights, water bottles or work without weights if you prefer.

If using weights, aim for 1lb-4lb (0.5kg-2kg), to help challenge your deeper stabilising muscles, but still keep good form throughout

This is a full body general level workout, suitable for those who are familiar with Pilates.
