This song is a korean arrangement for vocal singing from the original rumanian music "Waves of the Danube", and first published in 1926 by the singer Yoon Shim-doek.

In this video, or a series of still cuts, one of the protagonists of the korean movie "해어화(Love, Lies)'(2016), Seo Yeon-hee, is singing this song shortly at a restaurant or/and a bar.

"해어화" literally means "flower that understands language" and specifically refers to "kisaeng", corresponding to "geisha" in Japan.
