✍🏻INGREDIENTS:
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐒𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐥𝐞
Radish Leaves(मूली के पत्ते)
Coriander Leaves (धनिया पत्ती) - Some
Green Chili(हरी मिर्च) - 4
Ginger(अदरक) - 1 Inch
Cumin Seeds(जीरा) - 1/2 Spoon
Salt (नमक ) - As Per Taste
Sugar(चीनी) - Some
Lemon Juice(नींबू का रस) - 2 Spoon
Water(पानी) - As Required
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐒𝐚𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐧 𝐊𝐚 𝐒𝐚𝐚𝐠:
For Saag
Spinach(पालक),Bathua(बथुआ),Fenugreek Leaves(मेथी) - 1.5 kg
Mustard Leaves(सरसों) - 1 Bunch/1 Kg
Water(पानी) - 1 Glass
Garlic(लहसुन) - 2-3 Bulb
Ginger(अदरक) - 3-4 Big piece
Green Chili(हरी मिर्च) - 10-15
Salt(नमक) - 1 Spoon
Maize Flour/Makka Atta(मक्के का आटा) - 2 Tbsp
Water(पानी) - Some
For Tadka:
Ghee(घी) - Some
Cumin Seeds(जीरा) - Some
Green Chili(हरी मिर्च) - 2-3
Dried Whole Red Chili(साबुत लाल मिर्च) - 2-3
Ginger(अदरक)
Garlic(लहसुन)
Onion(प्याज) - 2
Tomato(टमाटर) - 1
Salt(नमक) - Some
Coriander Powder(धनिया पाउडर) - 1 Tsp
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐌𝐮𝐬𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐨𝐦 𝐌𝐚𝐭𝐚𝐫
Oil(तेल) - 1 tbsp
Cardamom(इलायची) - small
Cumin seeds(जीरा) - 1/2 tsp
Cinnamon(दालचीनी) - 1 small stick
Garlic(लहसुन) - 6-7 pieces
Onion(प्याज) - 2 small
Ginger(अदरक) - some
Tomatoes(टमाटर) - 3
Salt(नमक) - some
Oil(तेल) - 1-1.5 tbsp
Green chili(हरी मिर्च) - 1
Kashmiri Red Chili(कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च) - 1/2 tsp
Tomato,Ginger,Garlic Paste(पेस्ट)
Water(पानी) - as required
Turmeric powder(हल्दी पाउडर)
Coriander powder(धनिया पाउडर) - 1 tsp
Salt(नमक) - some
Black Salt(काला नमक)
Garam Masala(गरम मसाला) - 1/4 tsp
Roasted Cumin Powder(भुना जीरा पाउडर) - 1/2 tsp
Peas(मटर) - 1 bowl
Mushroom(मशरूम)
Sugar(चीनी) - 1/2 tsp
Milk cream(मलाई) - 1 tbsp
Dried Fenugreek Leaves(कसूरी मेथी) - some
Coriander leaves(धनिया पत्ती) - for garnishing
✍🏻RECIPE:
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐒𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐥𝐞 in a mixing jar, put Radish Leaves, Coriander Leaves, Green Chili, Ginger, Cumin Seeds, Salt, Sugar, Lemon Juice, and Water & grind it.
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐒𝐚𝐫𝐥𝐚, take Boiled Baby Potato, Fenugreek, Spinach, Gram Flour, Kashmiri Red Chili Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Salt, Coriander Powder, Roasted Cumin Powder, Turmeric Powder, and Water mix it well. Fry them in the heated Oil, and make them crispy. Serve and enjoy!
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐒𝐚𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐧 𝐊𝐚 𝐒𝐚𝐚𝐠, take Sarson, Palak, Bathua, and Methi. Wash them and finely chop them. Boil the veggies by adding Ginger, Garlic, and Green Chilli. Stir continuously and mash properly. Take some Maize Flour add some water to it and make a batter. Put the batter in it gradually and mash it. In a tadka pan, add Ghee, Cumin Seeds, Green Chili, Dried Red Chili, Ginger, Garlic, Onion, Tomato, Salt, and Coriander Powder and cook it and mash it well. Then put the mashed Saag in it. Serve with Makke Ki Roti and enjoy!
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐌𝐮𝐬𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐨𝐦 𝐌𝐚𝐭𝐚𝐫, Wash Mushrooms and chop them.
Take a pan, and add Oil, Cardamom, Cumin Seeds, Cinnamon, Garlic, Ginger, Onion, Tomatoes, and Salt. Cover and cook on a medium flame. In a pan, put some Oil, Green Chilies, Kashmiri Red Chili Powder, ground Paste, Water, Turmeric Powder, Coriander Powder, Salt, Black Salt, Garam Masala Powder, roasted Cumin Powder, Peas and Mushrooms. Roast it properly till Oil releases. Add Sugar, Malai, Kasuri Methi, Coriander Leaves, and Water. Give a whistle and the Mushroom Matar will get ready to serve.
