Falconry: Tips on training an impossible bird

In this falconry video, I discuss beginning training techniques for difficult birds, particularly birds whos psychology is different than normal birds acquired in the sport of falconry. Birds such as retired breeding birds, or birds that were not flown their first few years for whatever reason. Such birds of prey have a very different dynamic with food, and food is the language of trust in falconry. The tips and principles in this video work with all falconry birds, but are particularly well suited as a transition for difficult birds.
