Our day-to-day lives have us sitting a lot more than our bodies are designed for, leaving us with tight hips, stiff muscles, and achy joints. One of the best ways to improve flexibility and reduce pain is to stretch the hips daily. I love this morning yoga flow routine because it is a dynamic stretching sequence that targets all those stiff muscles and joints, especially those around the hips. I recommend doing this morning routine daily, even when your hips are feeling nice and loose, if you want long-lasting hip flexibility.
