Our hips connect our lower body with our upper body, so a LOT of muscles pass through our hip region. If we have tight hips, this can cause a lot of pain and discomfort, especially when we have to sit for long periods of time. This 15-minute yoga for tight hips routine slowly moves the body through each of the muscle groups surrounding the hips for a deep stretch. We also sink into the hip flexors for a super targeted stretch and increased flexibility. You can do this routine daily if you have extra tight hips!
