Webinar: novel food applications

The third #webinar in this series provided participants with a comprehensive explanation of the new requirements for novel food applications that were introduced by the #Transparency Regulation.
The webinar highlighted the key steps of an application, ranging from account creation to the risk assessment and adoption and publication of the scientific opinion. It also included a demonstration of the E-Submission Food Chain Platform (ESFC) and a focus on confidentiality issues in the context of novel food. #EFSA #novelfood
