Freshly grated Coconut - 2 ½ cups
Fine Semolina / Rava / Sooji - 1 ½ cups
Fine Sugar - 1 ½ cups
Eggs - 4 ( room temperature )
Butter - 100 gms ( room temperature )
Cashew Nuts - ¼ cup / Around 22 to 24
Vanilla Essence - 1 tsp
Cardamom / Elaichi powder - ½ tsp
Baking powder - ½ tsp
Baking Tin = 9"x7" or 8"x8" size
Butter paper
Oil for coating
All-purpose Flour / Maida for coating
