Welcome to my 20 minute no repeat over 50 full body hiit cardio weights workout. In todays all levels workout we have 20 exercises for 1 round we will spend 40 seconds on each exercise followed by a 20 seconds rest.

This workout is fit for all levels all of todays exercises are standing and easy to follow. There will be a full body warm up will cool down stretches.
