Arrangements | Unit 1 and 2 VCE Maths Methods

Описание к видео Arrangements | Unit 1 and 2 VCE Maths Methods

As we juggle online and face-to-face learning during the COVID-19 pandemic, I will continue to record my lessons here on YouTube.

To finish the year, my Year 11 VCE Mathematical Methods class will look at probability and counting methods.

In this video, we look at various arrangements of objects, and how to compute the number of possible arrangements or permutations. We introduce the factorial notation (!) and other strategies for calculating the number of arrangements, including nPr.

The class uses the Cambridge Senior Maths textbook for Unit 1 and 2 Mathematical Methods and the TI Nspire CAS CX / CXII calculator.
