去骨雞上髀14塊（連皮）- 14 boneless chicken thighs
孜然粉1茶匙 - 1tsp of ground cumin
多香果粉半茶匙 - half tsp of allspice
甜椒粉1湯匙 - 1tbsp of paprika
牛至2茶匙 - 2tsp of oregano
檸檬黑胡椒混合粉1茶匙 - 1tsp of lemon and pepper mix
蒜粉1茶匙 - 1tsp of garlic powder
橄欖油1/4杯 - 1/4cup of olive oil
番茄1個 - 1 tomato
檸檬汁半個 - juice of half a lemon

蒜醬材料 Garlic sauce:
蒜蓉1湯匙 - 1tbsp of minced garlic
檸檬汁半個 - juice of half a lemon
乳酪（酸奶）200毫升 - 200ml of plain yogurt
鹽少許 - salt to taste
