The importance of “Physical Security” is something that some organisations don’t consider as important, then on top of that the standard of “Customer Service” is covered in a training course, so many will think that it’s a subject not worth thinking about.

Some of the organisations we have worked with have gone through quite a lot of security companies as the security provider has not met the brief or not kept the standards high during the contract.

In this video, we highlight that both “Physical Security” & “Customer Service” should both be assessed and addressed to assist in reducing incidents of abuse, threats and physical assaults linked to workplace violence.
