When You Have Had Enough Of The Narcissist!

Have you had enough of the narcissist and want to say FU! To them? You are not alone! The narcissist is demanding, controlling, and oftentimes not fun to be around. They think only of themselves and everything has to be their way, or nothing at all. They don’t care what makes you happy and only do things for you when it benefits them. In this video I discuss why you want to say F-U to the narcissist and two words that can help you remember why the narcissist is so annoying. I discuss future faking and unstable sense of self in this video. What is future faking? Why do narcissist future fake? What is an unstable sense of self? What is a sense of self and does a narcissist sense of self even develop or will the narcissist always have an unstable sense of self? Narcissists are self centered and they lack empathy which is why they future fake. They don’t care about you and the narcissist lack of empathy is a reason for their future faking. They think only of their own wants and needs. The narcissist is insecure and the controlling narcissist can be difficult to have in your life. The narcissist will gaslight to ensure you always feel like the crazy one. Gaslighting from the narcissist makes you want to defend yourself and makes the trauma bond stronger. Why are narcissists controlling? Because they need to ensure their life goes exactly as they want it to and they don’t want any surprises happening. The narcissist love bombing gaslighting can be the most difficult to manage because you think things will get better but they never do! Am I being love bombed or are they just nice? Unfortunately, you will never know because the narcissist is always changing based on their own wants and needs and not yours.
