TODAY I'M SHARING A TIMELESS RECIPE FOR BUTTERY SHORTBREAD COOKIES. THESE COOKIES ARE INCREDIBLY SIMPLE TO MAKE WITH JUST A FEW BASIC INGREDIENTS, YET THEY HAVE THAT MELT-IN-MOUTH TEXTURE THAT MAKES THEM IRRESISTIBLE.

BUTTER SHORTBREAD COOKIES RECIPE 👇👇

INGREDIENTS :
FLOUR 90 GM
CASTOR SUGAR 30 GM
UNSALTED BUTTER. 60 GM
SALT AS PER TASTE

METHOD:
IN A SEPARATE BOWL TAKE FLOUR(SIEVE) ADD SALT & SUGAR MIX IT.
THEN ADD BUTTER AND MIX WELL.
TAKE A 4 INCH SQUARE GREASED MOULD & POUR COOKIE MIXTURE IN IT.
BY USING SPATULA TRY TO EVEN OUT THE MIXTURE.
ONCE ITS SET PROPERLY GIVE IT CUTS AND MAKE HOLES AS SHOWN IN THE VIDEO.
KEEP IT IN A FRIDGE FOR 10-15 MIN.
THEN BAKE IT @160*C. UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN.
AFTER ITS BAKES IMMEDIATELY GIVE THE SAME CUT & HOLES AGAIN.
THEN LET IT COME TO ROOM TEMPERATURE & DE MOULD IT.
