Sequences include core work and balance practice. This 30 minute complete yoga practice finishes with backbending, twisting, and forward folding. Though I provide guidance for transitions between poses and a few alignment reminders, this vinyasa yoga home practice is best for intermediate to advanced students who are familiar with yoga basics and understand how to modify if necessary.
