粟米魚肚羹

材料:
魚肚1支
粟米蓉1罐
雞蛋2隻

處理:
1. 大火煲滾1鑊水,放魚肚煮至軟身。
2. 魚肚煮了3分鐘,清水洗淨,揸乾水。
3. 切開魚肚,切細舊。

烹調:
1. 一個人1碗水,在煲內加入清水。
2. 加入魚肚,大火煲滾,煲5分鐘。
3. 罐頭粟米蓉,開罐。
4. 打好雞蛋。
5. 預備生粉芡,生粉1茶匙加入清水20毫升,攪勻。
6. 魚肚已煮了5分鐘,加入粟米蓉。
7. 加入鮑魚汁1茶匙。
8. 雞蛋,打勻,一邊攪拌粟米羹,一面加入蛋漿,攪勻。
9. 完成,倒入大碗中,可享用。

Ingredients:
Fish maw 1 No.
Sweet corn (cream style) 1 can
Eggs 2 Nos.

Preparation:
1. Heat up a wok of water at high flame, soak the fish maw until it turns soft.
