【材料 Ingredients:】

底筋面粉 Cake Flour - 100g
无盐牛油 Unsalted Butter - 100g
砂糖 Castor Sugar - 30g (Butter) & 60g (Egg White)
牛奶 Milk - 30g
鸡蛋 Egg - 2
可可粉 Cocoa Powder - 10g

烤模尺寸 Baking Mould:7" x 3" x 3"
烘烤时长 Baking time: 160°c for 40 minutes

【Tips 】
牛油一定要先室温软化
面粉与牛油混合时避免搅拌,用切拌方式防止面糊起筋
蛋糕可以在烤至10分钟左右时取出用利刀在中间划一条线,再继续烘烤~
蛋糕必须从模具取出放凉以避免在模具中产生水
